Globalt Investments executive: will consider increasing holdings of Bitcoin, but the investment portfolio may not exceed 5%

--

Odaily Planet Daily News: BlackRock, which manages the iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF, previously stated that a 2% allocation of Bitcoin in a traditional multi asset investment portfolio is a "reasonable range." In response, Thomas Martin, senior portfolio manager at Globalt Investments, revealed that currently 10% of his portfolio is gold and he may consider increasing his holdings of Bitcoin, but the portfolio proportion may not exceed 5%. In addition, he also stated that he may consider holding 5% cash in the investment portfolio and investing the rest in stocks and bonds, with the ratio between the latter two varying depending on the risk preferences of different investors. Thomas Martin pointed out that in some of the aggressive strategies he manages for clients, stocks may account for 90% of the investment portfolio, and gold has a low correlation with stocks, bonds, and cash, sometimes serving as a store of value.
