According to Foresight News, Binance founder Zhao Changpeng responded to the latest report from The Wall Street Journal in an article on X, denying his role as a "middleman" in the overseas activities of World Liberty Financial (WLF). CZ stated that WSJ's questions contained numerous errors and negative assumptions, and he did not arrange a meeting for WLF in Pakistan or any other country, nor did he introduce any connections between the organization and any government officials. CZ stated that "WSJ is not making news, but using the Cunningham Rule to spread false information," and criticized the report for attempting to suppress the cryptocurrency industry and related figures.
