Sources say the deal is worth over AUD 100 million (approximately USD 65.8 million). Swyftx disclosed to employees last week that it expects to expand its business scope in the United States, where Caleb&Brown has established a customer base for high net worth cryptocurrency investors. Swyftx plans to expand Caleb&Brown's relationship manager team and position the merged group as an alternative option for institutional investors seeking customized, 24/7 support.
