Virtuals: veVIRTUAL Voting Agent Points System adds' vote against 'option

Foresight News reports that Virtuals Protocol has released its Genesis update, and the veVIRTUAL Voting Agent Points (VVAP) system now includes a "vote against" option. veVIRTUAL holders (i.e. VIRTUAL stakers) can now vote for or against agents to determine how 10% of the daily total points supply will be allocated.
