US stock orders are executed by FINRA-registered partner broker-dealers, with clearing and custody services provided by partner clearing firms. Hong Kong stock trades are executed through partner securities firms licensed by Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Commission (SFC).

When can I trade?
BBX Stock Account follows the applicable trading hours of the US and Hong Kong stock markets. BBX Tokenized Stocks and BBX Perps are available for 24/7 trading on BBX DEX. Different trading hours do not mean these products carry the same rights or risks.
What is the difference between real stocks and tokenized stocks on BBX?
BBX Stock Account provides access to real US and Hong Kong stocks. Tokenized stocks traded on BBX DEX are token assets. Their holding structures and associated rights differ; a stock token should not be treated as a real share held in a Stock Account.
Does buying a tokenized stock make me a shareholder of the company?
Holding a stock token on BBX DEX does not, by itself, make you a direct shareholder of the underlying listed company. Tokenized stocks and real shares purchased through a Stock Account are different products, and their associated rights should not be confused.
