The South Korean cryptocurrency film 'Crypto Man' is scheduled to be released in January next year, adapted from the $34.9 billion cryptocurrency crash
According to Foresight News, the cryptocurrency themed film "Crypto Man" directed by South Korean director Hyon Hae ri will be released on January 15, 2025. The film is adapted from a real cryptocurrency crash that caused over 50 trillion Korean won (approximately 34.9 billion US dollars) in losses, starring the late actor Song Jae in. The film, after rigorous legal consultation, will showcase the daily life of young Koreans who engage in "stock trading during the day and cryptocurrency trading at night" in a form of black humor. According to Upbit data, as of the end of 2023, there are a total of 3759 cryptocurrency millionaires in South Korea, with investors in their 20s holding an average of $3.65 million in digital assets.
