BlockBeats News: On March 18th, according to Bloomberg, World Liberty Financial, a cryptocurrency project promoted by US President Donald Trump, has completed its second round of token sales, raising a total of $550 million. WLFI has set aside $30 million to cover company expenses and other costs.
According to the issuance documents for the first token sale of World Liberty, Trump and his related company DT Marks DEFI LLC will charge 75% of the net income as a fee, which is $390 million. In addition, token buyers are currently not allowed to resell tokens or receive any profits.
The project launched its first token sale in mid October last year and was promoted to both US and non US investors.
