(1) Russian Finance Ministry official Ivan Chebeskov revealed that despite the introduction of cryptocurrency mining regulations by the end of 2024, 70% of mining companies are still unregistered with the Federal Tax Service.
(2) Bitcoin mining company Bitdeer announced the issuance of $300 million principal convertible senior notes due in 2031 to eligible institutional buyers through private placement.
