According to Yonhap News Agency, BNK Financial Group, a financial holding company headquartered in South Korea, announced that its affiliated companies BNK Financial Holding, Busan Bank, and Gyeongnam Bank are submitting trademark applications related to the Korean won stablecoin. BNK Financial Holdings has submitted 11 trademark applications, while Busan Bank and Gyeongnam Bank have submitted 10 and 4 respectively. In addition, Busan Bank and Gyeongnam Bank have joined the Open Blockchain and Decentralized Identifier Association (OBDIA), which is preparing to issue stablecoins supported by banks.

According to Finance Feeds, Türkiye's financial market regulator has taken decisive action to close access to dozens of cryptocurrency platforms, including the large decentralized exchange PancakeSwap, aimed at curbing the country's rapidly growing digital asset market. In early July 2025, the Capital Markets Board (CMB) announced that it had blocked 46 unauthorized websites providing cryptocurrency related services, citing that these websites violated the Capital Markets Act. Earlier, it was reported that Türkiye imposed a visit blockade on PancakeSwap, which was the first time that it imposed sanctions on DEX.

Odaily Planet Daily News: In an interview with Anthony Pompliano, CZ, the founder of Binance, revealed that Binance achieved a profit of approximately $1 billion in its first year of establishment, potentially becoming the first company to achieve a profit of $1 billion from the start-up stage. CZ stated that these profits were mainly realized within the first 3 to 8 months after the company went online, especially during the period of 3 to 7 months when Binance trading volume reached its peak. He added that although some companies have reached a valuation of $1 billion faster, from a profit perspective, Binance may be the fastest startup to achieve this goal.
