Galaxy Research's analysis revealed that the mysterious text recently appearing on the Bitcoin blockchain is actually the automated testing tool Babel Scribe, not encrypted information. This tool runs via a cron job, funded by three exchange withdrawals totaling 0.033 BTC in May, with a current total investment of 3.33 million satoshis, and no payments have been made to others.
