[YZi Labs Plans to Take Over the BNB Treasury Board]
YZi Labs, under Binance founder Changpeng Zhao, has proposed a plan to nominate its own candidates to the board of a BNB acquisition company. This company, previously funded by YZi Labs, is currently facing issues of 'shareholder value erosion.' According to regulatory filings submitted on Monday, YZi Labs seeks to revoke amendments made to the company's bylaws since July, expand the board size of CEA, and appoint its own nominees as directors. YZi Labs stated that these measures aim to address the shareholder value erosion issue of the BNB company and ensure operations align with shareholder interests. If the majority of outstanding shareholders approve the proposal, YZi Labs will effectively take control of the world's largest publicly listed BNB asset treasury company.
