According to CryptoQuant data, Binance's Ethereum Taker Buy-Sell Ratio rose to 0.998 on December 3 following the Fusaka network upgrade, marking a new high since early August and indicating active buyer participation. The ratio rebounded from 0.945, suggesting that futures traders view this upgrade as a bullish signal and are proactively building long positions. Although the price of ETH remains near $3,130, the rate of increase in the buy-sell ratio has outpaced price changes. Analysts state that if the ratio breaks above 1.0, it could confirm the end of the November correction and drive prices toward the $3,500 and $4,000 targets.
