Brighty co-founder Nikolay Denisenko stated that over the past year, hundreds of high-net-worth investors have used cryptocurrency to purchase real estate in Europe. The platform has facilitated more than 100 transactions, primarily concentrated in the UK, France, Malta, Cyprus, and Andorra, with individual transaction amounts ranging from $500,000 to $2.5 million. Previously, clients mostly used USDC, but now more clients are turning to euro-pegged stablecoins (such as EURC).
