USDH deployer releases pledge of 1.01 million HYPE and transfers some assets

The NYSE's planned tokenization platform, announced in January, is not yet live; the trading venue will launch it after regulatory approval. This plan is independent of OKX and ICE Markets' TSV projects, which are subject to SEC innovation exemptions.
