Richard Heart, the founder of HEX and PulseChain, was jointly detained by Türkiye's national intelligence organization and the police in Istanbul. He found $4 million in cash, 53 Rolex, 11 Patek Philippe, guns, ammunition and electronic equipment at the scene, and his wife A.K. was detained together. The US SEC accuses Richard Heart of raising over $1 billion through an unregistered issuance of securities through a project and allegedly misappropriating at least $12 million to purchase luxury goods. The lawsuit was dismissed in 2025 due to jurisdictional issues.
