US listed fintech company Perpetuals com plans to operate tokenized securities trading through its Delaware subsidiary, Kephos Corporation, under the SEC's five-year innovation exemption framework. The transaction will be conducted through a licensed AMM liquidity pool, initially deployed on the Kronos X Public chain, tokenized US stocks paired with USDC. The transaction was initiated as early as mid November, and the token has dividend and voting rights. Perpetuals com is the second company after OKXICE to promote tokenization of the US stock market under this framework, with Patrick Gruhn as its CEO.
