After maintenance of the SecuX wallet app, phishing notifications were pushed, and multiple users reported that the service could not be accessed
SecuX underwent system upgrade and emergency maintenance on October 16th, and announced that service had returned to normal at 23:34 (UTC+8) on the same day. Ripple CTO David Schwartz revealed that the SecuX Android App pushes scam notifications to him, and when clicked, the link points to a phishing page that induces the input of mnemonic words. SecuX reiterates that it will never request a recovery phrase. As of October 17th, multiple users have reported that they are still unable to access the wallet and the service is still unavailable.
