[Analyst: Bitcoin Returns to Historical Undervaluation Zone After Facing Resistance Around $87,000, Accumulation Signals Persist] Deep Tide TechFlow reports that on October 18, crypto analyst Darkfost stated that after Bitcoin encountered resistance near $87,000, the MVRV indicator has fallen below the historical 30th percentile (25.7%), indicating that the market has re-entered a transitional phase following capitulation-style sell-offs. Darkfost further pointed out that this indicator does not merely measure the ratio of Bitcoin's market value to its realized value but compares the current MVRV level within the context of historical evolution. The current valuation level corresponds to only about 25% of historical time, still aligning with the characteristics of an accumulation zone. However, Bitcoin has exited the extreme undervaluation zone, which has historically coincided with market bottoms. (Note: MVRV is an on-chain indicator used to measure the valuation level of the Bitcoin market. Its full name is Market Value to Realized Value, which is the ratio of market value to realized value.)
