Standard Chartered Bank signs agreement to fully acquire Zodia Custody and will split and integrate its business

Standard Chartered Bank has signed a final agreement to acquire 100% equity of Zodia Custody, a cryptocurrency custodian, and the transaction is pending regulatory approval. Zodia Custody's custody business will be merged into Standard Chartered Bank, and its software business will be transferred to an independent company supported by SC Ventures, a venture capital division under Zhada.
