OKX Announces the Listing of Contracts (VST), Contracts (GE), Contracts (NVO), and 5 Other Tokens

The Ethereum community has released a decoupling consensus EIP draft, proposing to introduce a new consensus mechanism on the Ethereum beacon chain, decoupling available chain head voting from final proof of proof, laying the foundation for post quantum transition, improving fork selection security, and shortening final confirmation time.

Analyst Murphy stated that as of October 22, BTC has accumulated approximately 921000 chips around $83000, approaching the milestone of 1 million chips. On August 3rd of this year, the number of chips in this price range reached about 1.05 million. Murphy estimates that there are only 100000 to 200000 positions left related to Coinbase's historical wallet consolidation. On October 8th, BTC entered the chip gap zone below $83000, and the price returned to this range to drive chip turnover and fill the gap. BTC encounters resistance when trying downwards, and may then search upwards for a direction with less resistance. $83000 is currently an important focus of the long short game.

HPC has submitted a comment letter to the CFTC in the United States, urging them to introduce perpetual contracts and related derivatives into the US market. HPC proposes six measures, including promoting the introduction of GPU hours and inference token derivatives, clarifying the principles of computing power reference index, allowing contracts to settle on competitive indices, strengthening market monitoring, reviewing contracts according to existing regulations, and promoting the development of dated computing power futures and computing power perpetual contract markets.

Three addresses have cumulatively withdrawn 24454 ETH worth $60.68 million from Kraken and Binance. Among them, one address extracted 10954 ETH from Kraken and pledged it; Extract 9000 ETH from Binance and deposit it into Aave; Extract 4500 ETH from Binance with one address.
