The Ethereum community has released a decoupling consensus EIP draft, proposing to introduce a new consensus mechanism on the Ethereum beacon chain, decoupling available chain head voting from final proof of proof, laying the foundation for post quantum transition, improving fork selection security, and shortening final confirmation time.

Analyst Murphy stated that as of October 22, BTC has accumulated approximately 921000 chips around $83000, approaching the milestone of 1 million chips. HPC has submitted a comment letter to the CFTC in the United States, urging them to introduce perpetual contracts and related derivatives into the US market. HPC proposes six measures, including promoting the introduction of GPU hours and inference token derivatives, clarifying the principles of computing power reference index, allowing contracts to settle on competitive indices, strengthening market monitoring, reviewing contracts according to existing regulations, and promoting the development of dated computing power futures and computing power perpetual contract markets.
