Franklin Templeton has filed registration documents with the SEC for two Bitcoin ETFs that reinvest dividends.

Due to a roughly 56% drop in SK Hynix's share price from its all-time high, two leveraged ETFs under Tradr ETFs that link to SK Hynix's American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) will be liquidated around November 12th. These two products were launched on July 28th of this year. (Source: Bloomberg)

Binance will launch the USDC/AED spot trading pair on October 28, 2026 at 08:00 and will open its spot algorithmic order trading robot service for this pair.

European Central Bank (ECB) Executive Board member Piero Cipolone stated that the digital euro is planned to launch a 12-month pilot program in the second half of 2027, and if the EU legislature passes the regulations this year, it could be technically launched in 2029. The digital euro will have a fixed fee cap, support offline payments, and have a holding limit for wallets. The ECB has selected 36 payment service providers to participate in the pilot program, and ECB staff and employees of 19 national central banks have completed test versions of personal transfers and transactions.

Arthur Hayes stated that flop_labs will open its Devnet in the coming days, allowing anyone to join as a miner or validator, or have a proxy connect to the network. Participation in the Devnet does not count towards any token distribution; the network is for public testing, after which the project will enter the Testnet and airdrop phase.
