According to SEC filings, Strive purchased 6,182 BTC at an average price of approximately $82,732 between October 17 and 23. As of October 23, Strive held a total of 43,000 BTC, cash and cash equivalents of $504.4 million, an increase of $186.9 million from October 16; and 505,000 shares of Strategy STRC preferred stock with a fair value of approximately $50.18 million. During the same period, the number of Strive Class A common shares outstanding increased by approximately 3.266 million shares to approximately 118.1 million shares, the number of SATS preferred shares outstanding remained at 7 million shares, and the number of SATA preferred shares outstanding remained unchanged at approximately 14.03 million shares.
