Anthropic plans to issue convertible notes totaling up to $42 billion. The company expects to pay Google up to approximately $114.5 billion by 2033 and approximately $161.2 billion in rent over the lease term under its lease arrangement with Broadcom. Anthropic anticipates continued increases in computing and infrastructure costs, and its existing cash and cash equivalents are sufficient to meet its working capital needs for at least the next 12 months.
