Analysts at StoneX and TD Cowen believe that Strategy's preferred stock financing structure is stabilizing, which will help it resume increasing its Bitcoin holdings. As of the end of the third quarter, Strategy held $5.07 billion in assets, including $4.83 billion in cash reserves. Strategy spent $2 billion to repurchase STRC preferred stock, bringing its price back to near $100 par value. Due to prioritizing cash reserves and supporting preferred stock, Strategy's Bitcoin holdings per share have decreased by 3.7% year-to-date. Furthermore, STRC, STRF, STRK, and STRD preferred stockholders have approved daily dividend payments.
