Justin Drake: LeanVM completes formal verification; Ethereum's post-quantum security transition target set for December 2028.

Ethereum Foundation researcher Justin Drake announced that leanVM has completed end-to-end formal verification. leanVM is a minimal zkVM used for efficiently aggregating hash-based post-quantum signatures, capable of processing over 1000 leanXMSS aggregations per second.
