On October 29, the system of Securitize Japan, the outsourcing provider for Sony Bank's digital securities business, was illegally accessed, resulting in the leakage of information on 621 customers. Among them, the names, addresses, dates of birth, and account numbers of 4 customers were leaked, while only the names of the remaining 617 customers were leaked. Sony Bank has not found any improper transactions, nor has it found any related information disclosed or disseminated online.
