Coinbase Prime launches global options and perpetual contract trading to US institutions

Coinbase Prime has launched regulated global options and perpetual contract trading for US and other eligible institutional clients, with US traders sharing a unified liquidity pool with global traders. The service is funded by liquidity from the crypto options exchange Deribit and supports over 20 assets including BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, AVAX, and HYPE. BTC, ETH, and USDC can be used as collateral, with more collateral assets to be supported in the future.
