Kentucky officially signs the Bitcoin Rights Act, safeguarding self custody and node operation rights

On March 24th local time, the Governor of Kentucky officially signed the HB701 Act into law, which guarantees residents' rights to use digital assets, self custodial wallets, and operate blockchain nodes. The bill explicitly excludes such behavior from money transfer permits and securities regulation, and restricts local governments from discriminatory management of related technological activities.
