According to Sky News, the CEOs of some of the world's largest banks held private talks on the financial markets and global economic catastrophe caused by Trump's tariff blitz. The bosses of banks such as Bank of America, Barclays, Citibank, and HSBC held a conference call on Sunday to discuss the ongoing chaos as the stock market crash reflects concerns about a global economic recession. According to sources, Sunday's meeting was convened by the Bank Policy Center (BPI), a public policy organization based in Washington.
