El Salvador's National Digital Assets Commission and others submit proposals for cross-border regulatory sandbox cooperation to the US SEC

Odaily Planet Daily News: According to the meeting minutes released by the US Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) Cryptocurrency Task Force on April 22, 2025, Perkin Law Firm、 The Salvadoran National Commission for Digital Assets (CNAD) and former Goldman Sachs partner Heather Shemile have submitted a cross-border regulatory sandbox cooperation proposal to the SEC, aimed at promoting regulatory innovation in the field of digital assets. This proposal provides the SEC with an opportunity to collaborate with international regulatory agencies to support the development and optimization of the US digital asset regulatory framework with actual data.
