Odaily Planet Daily News: Galaxy Digital CEO Mike Novogratz said in an interview with CNBC that the company's listing process on NASDAQ was very bumpy, "making it feel very un American, unfair, and infuriating". The process, which originally required 45 to 90 days, was extended to 1320 days, and the deal went through nine rounds of negotiations with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. However, this ordeal did not defeat Galaxy, but instead made it stronger. After Galaxy goes public on NASDAQ, its fees are expected to decrease by 40%. Mike Novogratz emphasized that Galaxy Digital's goal is to become a bridge connecting traditional finance and the crypto world, meeting the growing demands of institutions. (CNBC)
