In the revised lawsuit submitted on Wednesday, two law firms filed charges under the Anti Ransomware and Bribery Organization Act (RICO) against Anatoly Yakovenko, as well as Dan Albert, Executive Director of Solana Foundation, Lily Liu, Chairman, and Austin Federa, former head of broadcasting. These charges include Pump.fun's violation of multiple US financial crime prevention regulations, failure to implement anti money laundering measures, exposing the public to criminal risks, and involvement in assisting in the creation and promotion of bad tokens and violating trademark laws. The lawsuit points out that Pump.fun profited $722.85 million from an "illegal gambling business," while Jito Labs was accused of intercepting profitable transactions and delivering them to the highest bribers.
