Japanese listed company Quantum Solutions announced that it will invest up to 3000 bitcoins (approximately 53.85 billion yen) in the next 12 months, officially entering the cryptocurrency field. The company stated that this move aims to address the expansion of the global cryptocurrency market and the popularity of Bitcoin as a "digital gold", while diversifying assets, reducing exchange rate risks, and hedging against inflation. The initial investment of Quantum plan is about 1.48 billion yen, and it will be gradually implemented using borrowed funds. If the goal is achieved, the company will become one of the representatives with high Bitcoin holdings among Japanese listed companies.
