On September 18th, according to Cointelegraph, Google Cloud's blockchain remote procedure call (RPC) service is currently only compatible with Ethereum, but will soon support more blockchains. Google Cloud has launched a blockchain remote procedure call (RPC) service, enabling cryptocurrency developers to more easily interact with blockchain data and enhancing the reliability of decentralized applications (DApps). Google Cloud stated in a blog post on September 17th that this new service will initially be compatible with the Ethereum mainnet and testnet, and plans to expand to other blockchains next year. The blockchain RPC service was initially launched as a free layer, providing up to 100 call requests per second, up to 1 million requests per day, and supporting EIP-1474 (a set of RPC methods defined for Ethereum nodes).
