Data: When Polkadot is highly active, the proportion of DOT votes to the total supply can reach 65.3%

Odaily Planet Daily News: According to Dune data, the monthly number of votes for Polkadot's governance tends to be high. When governance activity is low, the proportion of DOT votes to the total supply is about 32.65%. When the governance activity is high, this proportion can reach up to 65.30%. Although this data represents the total number of votes per month (including reused DOTs), rather than the number of unique DOTs participating each month, it also reflects to some extent the increasing governance participation of DOT holders since the launch of OpenGov.
