Crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett: Bitnomial to launch XRP futures contract with CFTC approval

Odaily Planet Daily News: Cryptocurrency journalist Eleanor Terrett posted on X platform that the cryptocurrency derivatives exchange Bitnomial plans to abandon its lawsuit against the US SEC. The exchange sued the US SEC in October last year, citing its claim of jurisdiction over the XRP futures contract in Bitnomial's plan. In addition, Bitnomial is expected to launch XRP futures contracts tomorrow with approval from the CFTC.
