The Starknet v0.13.5 upgrade has been launched on the main network, optimizing blob usage and cost mechanism

According to Foresight News, Starknet announced that the Starknet v0.13.5 upgrade has been launched on the mainnet. The upgrade optimizes the use of Ethereum blob through state difference compression and introduces the L2 Gas concept to prepare for the fee market of v0.14.0 version. In addition to reducing costs, v0.13.5 also provides developers with significant improvements in contract execution: error handling. Smart contracts can now capture errors instead of immediately suspending execution.
