Gazprom to issue digital financial assets worth approximately $23.54 million
According to RBC.ru, according to the official website of the Russian State Settlement Depository (NSD), GazpromBank will issue digital financial assets (DFAs) worth a total of 2 billion rubles (approximately 23.54 million US dollars). It is reported that the Russian DFA is a physical asset tokenization certificate based on blockchain technology, and does not belong to the category of cryptocurrencies or tokens traded on cryptocurrency exchanges. DFA can only be issued by information system operators officially certified by the Russian Central Bank, including Sberbank, Alfa Bank, Atomyze, Masterchain, NSD, and other institutions.
