The Nevada court suspends the state government's action to block the operation of the prediction market Kalshi

A federal court in Nevada, USA, has approved the preliminary injunction proposed by Kalshi, a cryptocurrency based prediction market, temporarily preventing the state government from suspending its cryptocurrency based prediction market operations. Kalshi co-founder Tarek Mansour thanks the court through X platform for recognizing the platform's status as an exchange regulated by the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
