According to Bitcoin Laws, New York State Congressman Clyde Vanel has submitted Assembly Bill 7788 to allow the state government to accept encrypted payments. Previously, Clyde Vanel had promoted the establishment of a research task force on encryption and blockchain to support technological innovation.
