Haedal: Temporarily disable haeVault function for protocol fund security

According to BlockBeats, on May 23rd, the Sui Ecological Liquidity Pledge Agreement, Haedal, issued a statement stating that "for security reasons, the haeVault function that relies on Cetus' underlying pool has been temporarily shut down.
