According to Cointelegraph, US District Judge Arun Subramanian has dismissed Eisenberg's charges of commodity fraud and market manipulation. The judge ruled that the evidence provided during the trial was insufficient to support the jury's conclusion that Avraham Eisenberg made significant false statements to Mango Markets. Eisenberg was convicted of telecommunications fraud, commodity fraud, and commodity manipulation in April 2024 for profiting $110 million in 2022 by exploiting vulnerabilities in the decentralized exchange Mango Markets. Previously, US prosecutors demanded a sentence of at least 6.5 years in prison for the Mango Markets attackers.
