EU plans to launch compliance investigation on X platform
BlockBeats News: On June 20th, according to The New York Post, the European Commission announced on Thursday that it is requesting more information from Musk's X platform regarding changes to its corporate architecture, following the $33 billion acquisition of X by AI company xAI. The EU spokesperson emphasized that we are closely monitoring the changes in the company structure of X platform, just like we do with other designated platforms. Last July, the European Union preliminarily determined that X platform had engaged in "deceptive design" violations, including changing the Blue V certification to a paid service that distorted user credibility. To avoid punishment, X platform has added a blue V logo disclaimer this month.
