Solana Labs and Jito Labs have received litigation documents related to Pump Fun

According to Golden Finance, Solana Labs and Jito Labs have received lawsuit documents accusing them of "colluding" with Memecoin platform Pump Fun's $1.5 billion illegal casino business. The law firm Wolf Popper and Burwick Law jointly filed the lawsuit last month and delivered it to the defendant this week. The defendant must submit a defense or motion within 21 days. In addition to these two cryptocurrency companies, Yelena Cavanaugh, General Counsel of Solana Foundation, Dan Albert, Executive Director, and Austin Federa, Director of Communications, have also received subpoenas.
