UBS raises US core CPI forecast for July, warns inflation pressure will continue
According to a report by Golden Finance, UBS expects the quarterly adjusted core CPI monthly rate in the United States in July to reach 0.35% (higher than the expected 0.32%), and the non quarterly adjusted core CPI annual rate to reach 3.11% (higher than the expected 3%). UBS believes that inflationary pressures will continue to rise, with an expected core CPI of 0.6% in August, 0.76% in September, and 0.73% in October. Meanwhile, core service inflation in July is expected to increase by 0.35% month on month.
