[China Construction Bank (Asia) Completes Phase II Trial of 'Digital Hong Kong Dollar+'] China Construction Bank's Hong Kong subsidiary announced the completion of Phase II of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority's 'Digital Hong Kong Dollar+' project. This trial focused on verifying application scenarios for programmable currency and successfully conducted simulation tests of the 'Digital Hong Kong Dollar' in cross-bank and cross-blockchain environments. The trial also thoroughly assessed the feasibility of large-scale implementation of programmable prepaid commercial scenarios and analyzed the technical feasibility of the 'Digital Hong Kong Dollar' design under different blockchain infrastructures. These results provide important references for the future comprehensive rollout of the 'Digital Hong Kong Dollar'.
