This partnership has launched Sierra Leone's National Blockchain Initiative, aiming to provide citizens, businesses, and the government with verifiable digital identities and low-cost domestic payment solutions. The two parties also plan to establish a crypto-friendly legislative framework and promote blockchain and AI-driven technological growth through Felei Tech City, covering digital payment systems, asset tokenization technologies, and related policy design.
