The five largest attack incidents include: Balancer v2 and its branches with losses of $137.4 million (of which $39 million has been recovered), Upbit with losses of $36 million, Yearn Finance with losses of $9 million, HLP bad debt of $4.95 million, and GANA PayFi with losses of $3.1 million.
