Coinbase: Legislators reach agreement on stablecoin yield clause

According to Coinbase, Senators Tom Tillis and Angela Olso Brooks have finalized the text of the stablecoin yield compromise, clearing the way for the review of the Clarity Act. Article 404 of the bill prohibits cryptocurrency companies from paying interest similar to bank deposits, while allowing activity based rewards. Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong calls for the Senate Banking Committee to review the bill.
